This month we turn our attention back to an area where it all started.

The Atlanta Housing Forum began when advocates for service providers for the homeless realized that without safe and decent affordable housing, we would never be successful addressing homelessness.

This month, representatives from the Regional Commission on Homelessness will bring us up to date on their work.

Items to be addressed include:  Progress on the 24/7 Center, supportive housing plans, creating a regional approach to homelessness and much more.

We hope to see you this Wednesday morning as we learn about innovative initiatives to assist the men, women and children in our city who struggle to find a place to call home.
