Membership Criteria

AHAND Members are comprised of two types:  Voting Members and Affiliates.

To qualify as a voting member of AHAND, the organization must either be a non-profit community based organization engaged in community economic development and affordable housing production or a non-profit organization engaged in affordable housing development that does not serve as a funding intermediary.

To qualify as an AHAND affiliate, the entity may be a non-profit, for-profit, or public agency, with an interest in affordable housing and community economic development.
